As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top student talent to our remote employment program, providing them with valuable work experience and skill development opportunities.
Job Summary:
In this exciting role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, source and attract exceptional student candidates, and manage the recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding. Your expertise and passion for student recruitment will directly impact the future success of our students, empowering them to thrive in their chosen fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications
- Source and attract top student talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and universities
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for The Elite Job program
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective student candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with university career centers and student organizations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in student recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote work setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
