They are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to build a strong workforce by managing the full recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive hiring experience and supporting company growth.
Responsibilities
- Attracting, identifying, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to support company growth
- Building a consistent pipeline of skilled technicians, sales professionals, and support team members while creating a positive experience for applicants throughout the hiring process
- Managing the full recruiting process, including creating and posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms, and identifying individuals who match company standards and position requirements
- Reviewing applications, conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting management with selecting the best candidates for available positions
- Supporting the onboarding process by helping new hires complete required paperwork, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring new team members understand company expectations, policies, and procedures
- Maintaining accurate candidate records, tracking recruiting activity, following up with applicants, and providing updates to management regarding hiring progress
