Directorie is a virtual organization specializing in commercial life science brands, and they are seeking a Project Manager for their in-house creative team, SpecOps. The role involves coordinating projects for multiple clients, managing timelines, budgets, and workflows while ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Understand the ins and outs of project management and apply across all initiatives
- Open projects in Directorie’s project management system (Workamajig) based on provided project intake requests, ensuring all initial setup requirements are met
- Develop comprehensive production timelines and schedules to meet project objectives
- Coordinate with internal and external creative teams to secure necessary resources
- Create project estimates and ensure proper documentation within Workamajig
- Traffic and facilitate the review of deliverables according to the project schedule to ensure project completion, including coordination with outside partners and contractors
- Monitor and guide project execution, promptly communicating and adapting plans as necessary to ensure projects stay on time and on budget
- Maintain compliance with both organizational and regulatory guidelines, emphasizing quality control during each phase of the production process
- Accurately document projects to meet quality standards while also satisfying regulatory requirements and client specifications
- Identify project risks and devise contingency plans
- Monitor project budgets, flagging any variances and recommending cost-saving measures
- Provide regular updates on project progress to internal stakeholders through status meetings and reports while managing expectations effectively
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical/health care marketing environment
- Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented self-starter with a 'get it done' attitude
- Exceptional time and project management skills
- Strong sense of accountability for themselves, their team, and their client
- Ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively
- A belief that collaboration and teamwork generates the best product
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills using Microsoft Office products
- A client-service mindset with a focus on collaboration
