They are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a custom HR technology initiative focused on performance, talent, and people analytics, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to manage the project effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project roadmap, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation across business and technical teams
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions with HR, IT, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders
- Track decisions, action items, scope changes, issues, and project risks
- Partner with technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into delivery plans
- Support planning for integrations, reporting, analytics, security, privacy, and user workflows
- Prepare project status updates, stakeholder communications, and executive-ready summaries
- Support change management and rollout planning for a broad employee-facing HR technology initiative
- Help keep the program organized, aligned, and on track through delivery
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, program management, or technology delivery
- Experience supporting enterprise technology, HR technology, people systems, or custom software projects
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Engineering, Product, and business leaders
- Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, scope, and project governance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation and leadership updates
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience with employee-facing systems, analytics, integrations, or data-driven platforms is preferred
- HR technology, people systems, talent management, performance management, or employee experience platforms
- Custom software development or internal product builds
- Enterprise integrations, reporting, analytics, security, or privacy-related projects
- Change management support for organization-wide technology rollouts
