The Project Manager will oversee the execution of Helpdesk Support Services for the USCP Office of Information Systems, serving as the main point of contact for all technical and administrative matters under the contract.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Helpdesk and DAS Support services
- Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and the USCP’s Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
- Oversee project execution, timelines, and resources to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Monitor and ensure the quality of service delivery and resolve any performance or operational issues
- Prepare and submit regular reports and updates to the COR
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, IT Management, Project Management)
- 5+ years of project management experience, including working with government contracts
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience managing helpdesk and IT service contracts
