The Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple projects, develop budgets, and create project management reports while leading teams using Agile methodology.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, reporting to the Program Manager
- Develop and track project budgets
- Create and maintain project management reports including status reports, project overviews, risk reports, project roadmap, and project health report
- Create and maintain project plans including change management plan, communication plan, customer acceptance plan, release management plan, and quality management/test plan
- Work with the business development team to create estimates for new project proposals
- Present project status to customer leadership monthly
- Provide and implement process improvement recommendations
- Lead one or more project teams using Agile methodology
Skills
- Extensive DevSecOps experience is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or an Engineering degree from an accredited institution. A required certification may be accepted in lieu of education requirement
- In accordance with DOD Cyber Workforce Qualifications Matrices Management, Security+ is required for candidates that do not possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. Certification must be obtained within six (6) months of hire
- Ability to attain Federal Government Position of Trust
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must pass a background investigation
- Experience with AWS highly preferred
- Developer experience, preferably using Python and Java
- Experience using or managing Containerized systems
