They are seeking a Program Manager to create digital assets, lead clients through information-only sales interviews, and support client learning through personal and leadership development programs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through digital marketing platforms
- Respond to enquiries, conduct information interviews, assess client readiness – absolutely no cold calls or hard sales
- Provide information on development programs to qualified candidates
- Maintain organized follow-up and communication processes
- Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions
Skills
- 7+ years' experience in Program Management, Project Management or Customer Success roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, comfortable with presentation and video conferencing
- Desire for work-life alignment, personal and career growth outside corporate or institutional frameworks
- Positive, self-motivated, lifelong learner ready to level up in the future economy
