The Program Manager role involves leading client programs, overseeing program strategy, planning, and execution for corporate meetings and events, while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and high-quality service
- Provide clear, consistent communication and direction to clients, internal teams, and vendor partners
- Lead program timelines and ensure all milestones and deliverables are met
- Oversee all program elements including budgeting, site selection, registration, travel, production, and onsite execution
- Manage hotel sourcing, room blocks, and vendor partnerships
- Coordinate across internal teams including creative, travel, production, and onsite support
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Track cost savings and avoidance throughout the program lifecycle
- Ensure timely and accurate final billing and reconciliations
- Ensure all operational processes and procedures are followed
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide post-program evaluations, reporting, and insights to clients and internal teams
