Responsibilities
- Define the positioning, messaging, and narrative for the banking segment, including corporate lending, credit risk, data & analytics, and financial crime solutions
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, Content & Campaigns, and Demand Generation teams to synchronize marketing campaigns and sales enablement
- Shape high-impact content strategies that turn complex banking capabilities into compelling, customer-focused collateral
- Equip the global sales force with the competitive intelligence, use cases, and persona-driven playbooks needed to target banking buyers
- Mentor a high-performing team of product marketers
- Support the integration of innovative digital marketing methodologies, including Generative AI tools, to increase speed and efficiency
Skills
- Typically 10–12+ years of senior-level B2B marketing, product management, or commercial strategy experience within Fintech, risk management software, or financial data ecosystems
- Deep understanding of the global commercial banking sector, credit lifecycle, portfolio management, compliance, and regulatory tech
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and virtual cross-border teams
