The Presales Engineer role involves working closely with the vendor and customers to provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, focusing on network security architectures and customer requirements. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor to enterprise and strategic customers during the presales process
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies
- Identify customer business and security requirements and align them to appropriate solutions
- Deliver high-impact technical presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations

- Proven experience in a Presales / Sales Engineering / Solutions Architecture role within cybersecurity
- Strong hands-on knowledge of network and security technologies (NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, cloud security)
- Solid networking fundamentals (routing, switching, TCP/IP, VPNs)
- Experience supporting enterprise or large commercial customers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
- Self-starter, collaborative, and comfortable in a field-based role
