Enumerate is hiring a Payments Enablement Consultant to bring a deep expertise in digital payments and adoption to our implementation team. This position empowers clients to fully utilize our platform, guiding them through a seamless transition to automated solutions that boost efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support to new and existing customers for adopting and growing digital payments
- Actively manage the digital payments implementation process and work with clients and third parties to ensure a smooth implementation and acceleration towards first transactions
- Once live, continue to engage with the customers over next 90 days to accelerate and adopt electronic transactions. Monitor transaction penetration over 90 days via monthly reporting
- Responsible for obtaining key metrics that have been identified for digital payments and providing an in-depth transition plan to Customer Success and Support
- Educating clients on how to use the Enumerate Digital Payment offerings, including specific accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Partner with team members for regular transactional processes and reporting needs
- Improve payment success for existing clients by optimizing the payments process across the organization
- Own the effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders while the customer is in Onboarding
- Provide digital payment training and end user support during and after the implementation process
- Meeting digital payment project deadlines as assigned by a Project Manager as well as schedule meetings directly with clients to move the projects forward
Skills
- 2+ years of experience understanding payments workflows and implementation
- Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
- Subject area knowledge in property management and accounting software a plus
