Hiresquad Resources is seeking experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants for multiple remote contract opportunities across the USA. The role involves strong hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and implementation, along with expertise in various HCM functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Strong hands‑on experience in ORC configuration & implementation
- Expertise in job requisitions, career sites, candidate experience, recruiting workflows
- Knowledge of approvals, questionnaires, notifications, offer management, candidate lifecycle
- Skilled in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, production support
- Experience with end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM functional consulting experience
- Hands‑on implementation expertise in relevant modules
- Experience in requirement gathering, workshops, solution design
- Ability to independently configure, test, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
- Strong client‑facing communication & stakeholder management skills
- Experience with at least two full‑cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote project environment
- Experience with US public‑sector Oracle Fusion HCM projects
- Familiarity with government, state, county, city, education, or public‑agency HR processes
