ShareSTAFF is a healthcare staffing company seeking a National Recruiting Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract and direct hire positions across multiple U.S. markets. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while collaborating with various teams to ensure timely placements.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across healthcare roles nationally
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and referrals
- Maintain real-time documentation and candidate status updates in Avionté BOLD
- Coordinate onboarding tasks including compliance paperwork, credentialing, and background checks
- Write and post compelling job ads in collaboration with the marketing team
- Represent ShareSTAFF at virtual and in-person hiring events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
- Build relationships with chambers of commerce, workforce boards, and community partners across regions
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to open requisitions, often within 24–48 hours
- Support workplace injury reporting and assist with investigations as needed (training provided)
- Collaborate with client account managers, onboarding teams, and HR to ensure seamless placements
Skills
- 2+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience
- Proficiency with job boards, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team
- Basic understanding of compliance and onboarding processes
- Agency or high-volume staffing strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting across multiple states or for remote roles a plus
- Avionté preferred
- Physician and Locum Tenens Staffing strongly preferred
