Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. C15 Studio specializes in creating premium Free Ad-funded Streaming TV channels through partnerships with global sports properties. The National Account Director will be responsible for driving revenue by selling premium video inventory and creative ad solutions to agencies and brands.
Responsibilities
- This National Account Director will play a critical role within our Sales organization as a key revenue contributor to the business
- As the National Account Director, you will have the opportunity to help shape new capabilities, strategies, products and partnerships to ensure C15 Studio is in the best position to support brand marketers
- Develop, grow, and manage a book of business at the Agency (HoldCo & Independant) and client-side levels, with strategies supporting both Direct IO & Programmatic solutions
- Consult with clients on their brand goals & strategies including, but not limited to: CTV, Digital Video, Audience Targeting, Key Fan Segments, Sports, Live Sports, Programmatic, Sponsorship Support and present innovative video solutions to meet their objectives
- Forecast/track/report sales performance, including budget, dates, and probability to close
- The individual will be responsible for his/her own sales efforts as well as providing support to the larger sales team
- Attend industry events
Skills
- You have established relationships with video buyers across agencies, trading desks, and client-side teams with proven success
- Experience scaling brand direct Private Marketplace (PMP/PG) revenue
- Experience is scaling brand direct IO campaigns
- Passionate about the digital advertising industry and sports
- A deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and work autonomously in a dynamic start-up team environment with a positive demeanor
- Ability to analyze clients' business marketing objectives, brand or ROI goals, media buying cycles, metrics for success, etc
- Have superior communication and client service skills, with a drive to close new business and revenue
- Outgoing personality who loves to foster relationships with clients
- 3–5+ years of experience in ad sales, digital media or DSP/SSP role, with at least 2 years specifically focused on owning sales in CTV, OTT, or Premium Video
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and oral) skills
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter
- Ability to pivot based on real-time information and client needs
- Ability to work independently and problem solve as well as effectively collaborate with various internal teams
- Experience in creative ad solutions sale is a benefit
- Bonus: Proven success at selling sports related digital media and/or live sports broadcasting or streaming
