Key Responsibilities
- Assist members in generating qualified B2B leads from our online directory and offline database, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain solid business relationships with members, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Plan and execute free trials, identifying and qualifying leads with both new and existing customers.
- Follow all CRM and database procedures to ensure accurate data management and sales pipeline tracking.
- Arrange and conduct video conference calls with prospects and existing clients, showcasing our platform's capabilities and benefits.
- Make outbound calls to companies that could benefit from our services, promoting our platform and driving new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth and success.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' quota-carrying sales or customer service experience, preferably in the B2B or consumer electronics industry.
- Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and database management tools.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth.
