Cognita operates as the AI business unit of Radiology Partners, the largest radiology practice in the U.S. They are seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Software Engineering who will tackle critical technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions that impact business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex technical problems across the technology stack
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions

Skills
- Experience in multiple technology domains (e.g., backend, frontend, cloud, infrastructure)
- Track record of delivering high-impact solutions in ambiguous or evolving contexts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience solving complex technical challenges
- Proven adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Broad understanding of software engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technology domains
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced degree in a technical field
