Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aditi Consulting is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will serve as the operational backbone of the sponsorship team. This role involves managing contracts, invoicing, payment tracking, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support sponsorship programs and corporate events.
Responsibilities
- Manage contracts, invoices, and payment tracking
- Coordinate sponsor benefits and workflow administration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Procurement, Marketing, and external stakeholders
- Support conferences, sponsorship programs, or large-scale corporate events
Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in sponsorship operations, contract administration, finance operations, project coordination, or event management
- Hands-on experience managing contracts, invoices, payment tracking, sponsor fulfillment, and workflow coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with CRM and project management tools
- Experience in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional corporate environment
- Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Wrike, RainFocus, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion Applications, CRM systems, Event Management Systems, Financial Management Systems
