About the Role Our client is seeking an exceptionally creative and highly organized Remote Luxury Event Planner to join their esteemed team. This fully remote position will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing bespoke luxury events for a discerning clientele across various locations. You will leverage your extensive experience in high-end event design, meticulous budgeting, and vendor management to deliver unforgettable experiences from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of luxury events, including weddings, corporate galas, product launches, and private celebrations. Develop unique event concepts, themes, and detailed proposals tailored to client specifications and budgets. Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with a diverse range of vendors, including caterers, florists, entertainers, and AV technicians. Create and manage detailed event budgets, ensuring all activities remain within financial parameters and identifying opportunities for cost optimization. Develop comprehensive event timelines and project plans, ensuring all deadlines are met. Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and staffing. Conduct site visits (virtually or in-person as required) to assess suitability and finalize arrangements. Provide exceptional client service throughout the planning process, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after events. Stay abreast of the latest trends in luxury event design, entertainment, and hospitality. Requirements Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as an event planner, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury and high-profile events. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities. Strong understanding of event budgeting and financial management. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills. Proficiency in event planning software and tools. Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting. Creative flair and a passion for designing unique and memorable experiences. Flexibility to travel as needed for site inspections and event execution. A degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
