They are looking for a Logistics Service Operation Coordinator to support the Meal Manager program by ensuring smooth operations, monitoring deliveries, and managing communications.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and quality support for the Meal Manager program
- Coordinate delivery updates by communicating with customers, merchants, and Dashers
- Manage delivery-related communications through email and Slack
- Follow and provide feedback on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Use internal tools to track orders and resolve operational issues
- Identify fulfillment or logistics challenges early and escalate them when necessary
- Support the launch of new pilot programs and operational initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience
Skills
- Logistics support experience, not a traditional call center background
- Support the Meal Manager program, a rapidly growing business
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by monitoring deliveries, managing communications, and identifying potential fulfillment issues before they impact customers
- Provide operational and quality support for the Meal Manager program
- Coordinate delivery updates by communicating with customers, merchants, and Dashers
- Manage delivery-related communications through email and Slack
- Follow and provide feedback on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Use internal tools to track orders and resolve operational issues
- Identify fulfillment or logistics challenges early and escalate them when necessary
- Support the launch of new pilot programs and operational initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience
- Previous logistics or delivery support experience (not call center/customer service only)
- Experience with last-mile delivery or logistics companies such as FedEx, UPS, or other high-volume delivery operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience using Slack and email for day-to-day communication
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including customers, merchants, and delivery partners
