Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Work Schedule and Time Zone Requirements
We're looking for team members who can commit to working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST.
