The role focuses on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions, providing opportunities for courtroom and arbitration experience within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
• 5+ years of experience as a litigation attorney
• Extensive trial/arbitration experience including opening statements, closing arguments, witness examination, motion practice, depositions, and mediation
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Strong academic credentials
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
