Horizons Pathways Counseling Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote position. This role is ideal for professionals holding active licenses as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. Work Environment
This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible working arrangements while maintaining a focus on client needs. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients using evidence-based methodologies.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
• Engage actively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure a comprehensive approach to health.
• Document client progress and treatment interventions accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic health record system.
• Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling to continuously improve therapeutic interventions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent certification suitable for providing mental health counseling.
• Proven experience working effectively with diverse populations and a broad range of mental health issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport quickly with clients.
• A strong sense of independence while also collaborating seamlessly within a team environment.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, experience working in a telehealth setting is highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will give you an advantage, as well as prior involvement with community health initiatives or outreach programs that enhance engagement in mental health services.
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
