They are seeking a Learning & Development Content Developer to support global enterprise system implementations by creating role-based learning content for Dynamics 365 and related business processes.
Responsibilities
- Build learning assets including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, quick reference guides, and instructor‑led materials
- Translate D365 solution designs, business processes, and release notes into simple, actionable learning content
- Develop role‑based content aligned to defined learning paths and security roles
- Follow established templates, style guides, and content standards
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, usability, accessibility, and alignment with approved solution designs
- Participate in QA reviews and incorporate feedback promptly
- Work with Solution Architects, Product Owners, SMEs, Change Management, and the L&D Content Strategy Manager
- Gather information from technical and business stakeholders to ensure content reflects real workflows
- Support content alignment to deployment waves, releases, and system updates
- Use modern content development tools (eLearning authoring tools, video tools, simulation tools)
- Leverage AI‑assisted content creation to improve speed and consistency
- Suggest improvements based on learner feedback and usage patterns
- Update existing content based on system changes, release cycles, and stakeholder feedback
- Maintain organized content repositories with proper version control

- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred but not required)
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)
- Understanding of modern adult learning principles
- Ability to translate technical information into simple, clear learning materials
- Experience working in Agile or Continuous Delivery environments is a plus
