We're seeking passionate and experienced tutors to provide virtual support in math and English Language Arts (ELA) subjects. As a remote tutor, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with peak hours between 4:00-10:00 PM EST, and enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $35 for tutoring and $20 for admin/prep time.
As a certified tutor with our organization, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, facilitating one-on-one or small-group instruction and providing personalized support to help them achieve their academic goals. Our virtual tutoring platform is safe, secure, and easy to use, and we provide ongoing professional development opportunities to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, live tutoring services to students in 1:1 and/or small group settings
- Conduct tutoring sessions ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour in length
- Create a virtual learning environment that is safe, accepting, fun, and interactive
- Deliver curriculum in a clear and engaging manner, adapting instruction to meet student needs
- Maintain professional and timely communication with our Tutor Ops Team
Requirements:
- Current and valid teaching license (expired licenses not accepted)
- Residence and work location in the United States
- Reliable computer, mic, and camera, as well as stable internet and a quiet, distraction-free environment
- Ability to pass a federal-level background check, which may include fingerprinting
- Proficiency in utilizing online platforms and virtual teaching tools
- Prior online tutoring experience and bi-lingual abilities are a plus
