Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Yochana is seeking an Intune Support Analyst to manage and support Intune-related tasks. The role involves configuring deployment profiles, managing compliance policies, and providing technical support for end-users.
Responsibilities
- Modern Deployment (Zero Touch)
- Windows Autopilot Management: Configure and maintain Autopilot profiles, OOBE (Out of Box Experience) settings, and enrollment status pages (ESP)
- Hardware Hash Management: Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for device ID registration in the Intune tenant
- Troubleshooting: Resolve enrollment failures, ESP timeouts, and hardwarespecific provisioning issues
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Configuration Profiles: Develop and deploy Settings Catalog and Administrative Templates (ADMX) for Windows
- Compliance Policies: Establish security baselines (BitLocker, OS versioning) to ensure devices meet corporate security standards before accessing resources
- Conditional Access Integration: Collaborate with Identity teams to link device compliance status with Azure AD Conditional Access policies
- Application Lifecycle Management
- App Deployment: Deploy Win32 apps (intunewin), Microsoft 365 Apps, and Store for Business apps
- Patch Management: Manage "Windows Update for Business" (WUfB) rings to ensure workstations are patched without disrupting productivity
- Troubleshooting: Analyze Intune Management Extension (IME) logs to diagnose app installation failures
- Escalation & Technical Support
- L2 Escalations: Act as the final point of resolution for Intune-related tickets escalated from Level 1/2
- Remote Support: Utilize tools to assist end-users globally
- Knowledge Sharing: Document "Known Issues" and create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the Service Desk
Skills
- Experience with Windows Autopilot Management, including configuring and maintaining Autopilot profiles, OOBE settings, and enrollment status pages
- Ability to coordinate with vendors or internal teams for device ID registration in the Intune tenant
- Proficient in troubleshooting enrollment failures, ESP timeouts, and hardware-specific provisioning issues
- Experience in developing and deploying Configuration Profiles, Settings Catalog, and Administrative Templates (ADMX) for Windows
