Covenant HR is a well-established leader in the retail merchandising and consumer goods industry, supporting nationally recognized brands through innovative workforce and operational solutions. They are seeking an HCM/HRIS Specialist I to configure and maintain HRIS functionality within ADP platforms and support HR data management efforts.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain HRIS functionality within ADP platforms
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot ADP reports to support HR and business needs
- Audit, validate, and test HR data to ensure system accuracy and integrity
- Provide day-to-day HRIS support and resolve system-related issues
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to support system updates and enhancements
- Analyze data and identify discrepancies while recommending solutions
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to manipulate, validate, and report on HR data
- Support ongoing HRIS initiatives and temporary project work during a critical hiring period
- Work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment, primarily aligned with Eastern Time business hours
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience configuring ADP (Lyric, Workforce Now, and/or Vantage)
- Strong experience creating and maintaining reports within ADP (Lyric, Workforce Now, and/or Vantage)
- Proven ability to audit, validate, and test HR data while providing HRIS systems support
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including a strong understanding of VLOOKUP vs. XLOOKUP
- Experience with Power Query is highly preferred
