Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HRIS data, generating reports, and maintaining employee records. Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and coordinating candidate communication. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Help administer employee benefits programs, responding to basic inquiries and coordinating with vendors. Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring data integrity. Assist in the preparation of HR-related communications, presentations, and training materials. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to team goals. Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and data privacy regulations. Help organize and facilitate virtual team events and employee engagement activities. Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
