Key Responsibilities Conduct remote audits of cleaning and sanitation procedures within high-security facilities, ensuring adherence to strict protocols. Develop and refine auditing checklists and methodologies tailored for high-security environments. Analyze cleaning effectiveness data, including microbial counts and surface particulate levels, provided by on-site teams. Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with on-site cleaning supervisors and facility managers to discuss audit results and action plans. Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards (e.g., ISO, GMP), and best practices for cleaning in secure environments. Provide remote training or guidance on auditing techniques and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all audit activities and communications. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or Quality Assurance. Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, quality control, or facility management, with a focus on cleaning and sanitation in secure or controlled environments. Demonstrated understanding of cleaning protocols for specialized facilities (e.g., cleanrooms, data centers, labs). Experience with regulatory compliance in sectors like healthcare, technology, or government contracting. Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous approach to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear and concise audit reports.
