STI is seeking a Healthcare RCM Consultant with strong experience in Greenway Health platforms to support end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management. The role involves managing the complete RCM lifecycle, handling claim denials, and providing actionable insights to optimize revenue cycle performance.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), process optimization, and client consulting engagements
- Manage the complete RCM lifecycle including patient registration, charge capture, medical coding, claims submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable (AR) follow-up
- Handle claim denials, rejections, and unpaid claims by analyzing EOBs and coordinating with insurance payers for resolution
- Work closely with clients to understand workflows, identify revenue leakage, and recommend process improvements to enhance collections and reduce AR days
- Generate reports on AR aging, denial trends, and payment performance, providing actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and maintain high-quality standards in billing processes
- Support training and mentoring of junior team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives

- Strong experience in Greenway Health platforms and Greenway Revenue Services (GRS)
