Responsibilities
- Define, test, and scale scalable customer acquisition channels (B2C and B2B partnerships) to drive next-stage revenue and market share
- Execute comprehensive GTM strategies and financial growth performance summaries to maximize ROI and scale brand awareness
- Oversee lead generation initiatives to convert inbound interest into long-term clients
- Establish core KPIs, track metrics, and leverage business analytics to refine user acquisition, improve conversion rates, and build repeatable growth funnels
- Identify and forge high-impact external partnerships with organizations, professional communities, and corporate clients to expand our service footprint
Skills
- Proven Track Record: Experience in strategic marketing, user acquisition, growth hacking, or business development, ideally within a startup, education, or professional services environment
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong capability in building revenue projections, managing financial summaries, and using data analytics to inform business growth decisions
- Entrepreneurial Grit: A self-starter mindset who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and highly motivated by the long-term upside of building a business from its foundational stages
