They are seeking experienced Freelance Senior Graphic Designers and Art Directors to support patient recruitment campaigns, requiring a strong portfolio and the ability to deliver polished, production-ready work.
Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of patient recruitment campaigns
- Execute high-quality creative across print, digital, web, social media, and video
- Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Work alongside copywriters, project managers, and cross-functional creative teams
Skills
- 7+ years of agency experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director
- Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, web, social media, and integrated campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Figma proficiency, including website design, UI layouts, and collaborative workflows
- Strong understanding of print production, file preparation, typography, layout, and production best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside copywriters, project managers, and cross-functional creative teams
- Experience creating motion graphics, simple animations, and basic video editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools a big plus
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical trial recruitment experience is a plus
