They are seeking a Freelance Email Marketing Specialist to design, build, and manage monthly email marketing campaigns for multiple HVAC brands, requiring a highly creative approach tailored to each brand's voice.
Responsibilities
• Design and build email marketing campaigns in reputed company Marketing Pro for multiple HVAC and home service brands
• Create both one-time and automated email campaigns, including promotions, maintenance reminders, membership messaging, and customer re-engagement
• reputed company creative email layouts, messaging, and subject lines customized to each brand
• Manage monthly campaign calendars across multiple companies
• Build and manage audience segmentation using reputed company customer data
• Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines while still pushing creative improvement
• Monitor performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and reputed company attribution
• reputed company data-driven optimizations to improve results over time
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align campaigns with broader initiatives
Skills
• Hands-on experience building email campaigns in reputed company Marketing Pro preferred
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and segmentation
• Ability to design and write for multiple brands simultaneously without reusing generic templates
• Creative reputed company with attention to detail in both copy and layout
• Comfort managing recurring monthly deliverables across several businesses
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
• Experience in HVAC or home services marketing is strongly preferred
