They are seeking entrepreneurial Business Development Executives who can create executive conversations and introduce organizations to their executive collective, focusing on leadership transitions, AI adoption, and business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Create executive conversations
- Identify organizations experiencing rapid growth, leadership transitions, AI adoption, operational complexity, revenue pressure, transformation, M&A integration, succession planning, and execution challenges
- Introduce those organizations to The Proper Group's executive collective
Skills
- Experience in business development and opening doors to executive relationships
- Proven track record of earning the trust of CEOs, founders, private equity firms, boards, or executive teams
- Ability to identify organizations experiencing rapid growth, leadership transitions, AI adoption, operational complexity, revenue pressure, transformation, M&A integration, succession planning, and execution challenges
- Experience selling embedded executive leadership, business transformation, operational acceleration, and cross-functional leadership
- Strong strategic relationship-building skills
- Experience in enterprise sales, management consulting, executive search, staffing, technology consulting, ERP consulting, AI consulting, leadership development, or executive coaching
- Experience in investment and capital markets, including private equity, family offices, investment banking, corporate development, venture capital, or M&A advisory
