They are seeking a founding Account Executive to help shape their sales strategy and build customer relationships in a rapidly growing industry.
Responsibilities
- Self-source, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Co-create and execute sales strategies to surpass targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementations
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively
- Represent CorePilot at industry events and conferences, staying informed on aviation and tech trends
- Continuously expand knowledge of our products, services, and the aviation aftermarket to deliver optimal client solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience selling or using Aviation SaaS, Supply Chain tech, or other vertical SaaS products
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Willingness to travel to conferences and meet clients as needed
- Proven track record of exceeding quota targets
- Familiarity with aviation supply chain or ERP software is a plus, but not required
