The National Account Manager will lead relationships with large commercial customers, serving as a subject matter expert on Ford Pro vehicles and coordinating comprehensive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve objectives & key results with ICE / BEV vehicle sales, Charging, Telematics and Service solutions
- Develop Competitive Price Allowance (CPA) proposals for commercial sales
- Provide counsel to fleets on new product offerings, production and distribution timing and total cost of ownership analysis
- Participate in fleet conventions, associations, and other fleet industry events at the local and national levels
- Access and rely daily on a range of Ford systems: FBMS, Vincent, Vehicle Visibility, FIMPs, CONCEPs, NAVIS, GFIN, SAMS... etc
Skills
- Bachelor Degree required
- 5+ years of sales experience as well as data-driven decision making
- Strong Product/Company/fleet automotive industry knowledge as well as Ford/automotive systems knowledge
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% (including overnight)
- Must reside in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding area
- Well-rounded business acumen
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship/interpersonal skills required to support direct customer contact
