[Remote] Financials Applications Analyst (Information Technology)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paladin Consulting is seeking an IT Application Analyst to support and troubleshoot enterprise accounting applications. This role partners with Accounting and Finance teams to resolve application issues, support system integrations, and ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Vertex, Eclipse ERP, and financial applications
• Troubleshoot application, sales tax, and system integration issues
• Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting processes
• Work with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams to resolve incidents and implement enhancements
• Document issues, coordinate vendor support, and participate in testing and system upgrades

Skills

• 3+ years of application support experience in Accounting or Finance environments
• Experience supporting Vertex Sales Tax and Eclipse ERP
• Knowledge of financial systems, ERP applications, and sales tax processes
• Strong troubleshooting, SQL, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
