They are seeking a Financial Analyst to consolidate, analyze, and document financial data for external and internal reporting.
Responsibilities
- Gather financial data throughout the Bank to analyze and incorporate into various financial reports, such as financial statements and related disclosures. This includes reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), such as the 10-K, 10-Q, 11-K, and Earnings Releases
- Additional tasks include drafting statutory financial statements for various subsidiaries and preparing monthly variance reports
- This involves having ongoing communication with various units throughout the bank, and coordination with the internal team to ensure data completeness as well as efficiency in the process
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least three years of related experience
- The candidate must provide evidence of academic preparation or courses related to the job posting, if necessary
