As Financial Accounting, you will own key components of the monthly close and work directly with the Controller to build audit-ready processes as the company prepares for IPO readiness.
Responsibilities
- Own key components of the monthly close – journal entries, account reconciliations, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting support
- Work directly with the Controller and broader Finance function
- Helping build audit-ready processes as the company grows toward IPO readiness
Skills
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle close: journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance commentary
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP
- Exposure to building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes – not just operating within them
- CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or actively in progress)
- Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP
- Experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Familiarity with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation
