Catena Solutions is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Finance Integration Project Manager to support multiple finance integration initiatives. This role involves coordinating finance projects, ensuring organization and communication across teams, and preparing materials for leadership decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple finance integration projects running simultaneously
- Facilitate project meetings, capture key decisions, and document actionable next steps
- Translate complex discussions into measurable deliverables and track progress to completion
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and action trackers
- Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and decision-support materials for leadership
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and open issues while driving accountability across stakeholders
- Support finance transformation and integration activities while maintaining strong project governance
Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting Finance, Accounting, ERP, or Transformation initiatives
- Experience managing finance workstreams within PMO, transformation, ERP, or post-acquisition integration projects
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and meeting facilitation skills
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar
- PMP certification is strongly preferred
