- Proficiency in identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and conducting financial assessments
- Strong communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills
- Licenses such as FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 and Life and Health License
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work in-office or remotely
- Experience with financial software and tools is a plus
