• Organize event timelines, manage budgets, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee event set-up, coordination, and post-event follow-up to ensure smooth operations.
• Address any issues that arise before, during, and after events to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven passion for the entertainment industry, including sports, concerts, and live events.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software.
• Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is a plus, but not required.
