Array is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional service delivery. The role involves managing client projects, overseeing internal processes, and providing technical support to enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Client Needs Discovery: Understand and interpret client needs to tailor solutions that exceed expectations, ensuring personalized and effective solutions
- Consultation and Planning: Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to construct comprehensive project plans, aligning project goals with client expectations and internal capabilities
- Project Oversight: Oversee internal processes to ensure project plans are executed to specifications and deadlines, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to required standards
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, including detailed status reports, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
- Technical Troubleshooting: Offer advanced support for technology usage, including Relativity, ensuring clients can effectively use the technology and resolve any issues promptly
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues with delivered or hosted data, maintaining client satisfaction and trust by ensuring data integrity and availability
- Data Processing: Process data through Relativity Processing as needed, supporting the efficient handling and management of client data
