Responsibilities
- Channel sales across chambers of commerce, industry associations, professional networks
- Open enterprise accounts for HR Advisory, PHES, or GovCon divisions
- Build prime contractor partnership pipeline for federal work
- Maintain co-marketing and referral partnership relationships
- Quarterly pipeline review with Founder + CEO
Skills
- 10+ years experience in business development
- Business development leaders with services industry network
- Former chamber executive, association leader, industry consultant, or B2B services BD director
- Existing network that can be monetized
- Patience to build a long-cycle channel partnership pipeline
