SPAR Information Systems LLC is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's brand and support telehealth sales. The role involves developing marketing strategies, leading campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine comprehensive marketing strategies informed by market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to drive brand and business growth
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand image and business goals
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams on product development insights and lead the successful launch of new products
- Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize the impact of campaigns and initiatives
- Strengthen brand equity by driving consistent, compelling messaging and supporting broader pricing and positioning strategies
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts and align marketing outputs with long-term company initiatives and goals
- Manage relationships with key marketing consultants and vendors, overseeing the work of external partners
- Develop and maintain internal marketing policies, including telehealth and social media guidelines
Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Years of Experience: 7+
- Technology Experience: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and content creation tools preferred
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences marketing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage external consultants and agencies
- Strategic mindset with proven ability to execute complex marketing campaigns
