We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure Management team, focusing on cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code to enhance operational efficiency and drive automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI to automate deployment processes
- Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage applications and infrastructure
- Implement containerization solutions using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to ensure consistent and repeatable infrastructure deployments
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline application deployment and improve overall system performance
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our DevOps practices
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools, with a strong emphasis on Jenkins
- Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Solid understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks
- Must have worked as DevOps engineer for at least 5 years
- Must have telecom experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps practices are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Experience with configuration management tools
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps culture
