Job Overview
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. You will also participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process, and complete additional projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process, staying up-to-date with best practices and regulatory requirements
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise, resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
- Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance expectations
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in English and basic computer skills
- No experience necessary, but data entry experience is a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is highly desirable
