Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Analyst, IT Performance Reporting, you will:
- Define and track performance metrics, develop scorecards, and drive improvement initiatives
- Develop reporting and models to drive decisions and strategy
- Integrate and manage large data sets to inform stories and provide insights to technology and business leaders
- Complete other related projects, as assigned
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, developing dashboards and scorecards
- Experience using data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
