- Researching and installing healthcare provider contracts, including verification of provider information and contract accuracy
- Retrieving and entering data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents
- Analyzing information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Applying healthcare and insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, and problem-solving skills to undertake complex tasks
- Identifying and resolving routine and non-routine problems, and escalating issues to more proficient team members as needed
- Monitoring email boxes and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office-related environment, such as office support, data entry, clerical, or customer service
- At least 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboard navigation, multiple screen management, and learning new software tools
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
