Key Responsibilities
- Work with large, complex datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform business decisions
- Create ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) and processes to centralize data from multiple sources
- Develop data visualizations using Tableau to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
- Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier detection
- Document processes and share expertise with peers, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- 2-4 years of experience with SQL, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity
- 1-2 years of experience with Tableau, with a focus on creating impactful dashboards
- Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to understand and root cause business problems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
- Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
- Experience with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, or Tableau Prep
