Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
